Role Description The Billing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing daily billing operations, including generating and processing invoices, recording transactions, and maintaining accurate billing records.

Specialist will handle client billing queries, verify pricing and discounts, and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely payments and reconciliations. The role includes monitoring outstanding bills, following up on discrepancies,



and supporting the store team with billing-related documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Billing Process and Client Billing to manage daily transaction flows accurately.
- Candidates should possess proven Invoicing and basic Accounting skills to prepare, review, and reconcile financial documents.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to address customer queries and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with billing or point-of-sale software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with deadlines in a retail or similar setting.
- Prior experience in billing, accounts, or retail operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree or certification in accounting, finance, or commerce is an advantage.
