Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle daily billing, invoicing, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and delivery-related documents.
- Verify customer PO, quotation, sales order, quantity, rates, discounts, and GST details before billing.
- Generate E-Invoice and E-Way Bills as applicable.
- Enter and maintain billing data accurately in Tally / ERP software.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Stores, Production, and Accounts teams.
- Verify invoices with dispatch and delivery documents.
- Maintain proper records of invoices and supporting documents.
- Handle customer queries related to billing, rates, quantity, and GST.
- Prepare daily and monthly billing reports.




- Assist in customer ledger reconciliation and outstanding-related activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing as per company procedures.
- Support month-end closing and other accounting activities as assigned.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of billing and invoicing.
- Working knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, E-Invoice, and E-Way Bill.
- Good numerical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / BBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in Billing / Accounts. Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
