Key Responsibilities:

- Review and verify contractor and subcontractor bills.

- Check bills against work orders, BOQs, measurements, and agreed rates.

- Verify purchase bills, material deliveries, and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with site engineers, purchase, and accounts teams for billing-related matters.

- Maintain accurate billing records, statements, and reports.

- Identify and highlight billing errors, discrepancies, and mismatches.

- Track bill submissions, approvals, and payment status.

- Assist in reconciliation of contractor, purchase, and material-related bills.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required billing documents and records.

- Prepare basic billing reports and MIS as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

- 3–4 years of experience in billing, quantity surveying, or site engineering.





- Good understanding of BOQ, work orders, measurements, and construction billing processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

- Ability to verify quantities, rates, and billing calculations accurately.

- Positive coordination and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

- Experience in construction/contracting projects will be preferred.
