Aureglo Jewels is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to handle billing, order processing, packing, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, basic accounting/billing skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer bills and invoices accurately.
- Handle daily billing and payment-related entries.
- Process jewellery orders for dispatch.
- Check products and order details before packing.
- Prepare packages and coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
- Maintain dispatch records and order documentation.
- Track dispatched orders and update delivery status.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, invoices, and dispatches.
- Ensure all orders are packed and dispatched on time.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in billing,
dispatch, accounts, or administration.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of billing software/Tally is an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.
