You’ll be responsible for:

- Support cost planning, estimating and feasibility studies to inform project delivery.
- Assist procurement activities, including tendering, contract selection and documentation.
- Administer valuations, variations, warranties, bonds and contractual requirements.
- Monitor project costs, reporting and financial performance throughout delivery.
- Contribute to final accounts, completion certifications and defect close-out processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, support team development, and champion net zero carbon outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related discipline; working towards professional accreditation.
- Knowledge of cost planning, estimating, contract administration and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with digital proficiency.
- Understanding of sustainability, social value,



carbon reduction and industry best practice.
