About the Role

We are looking for someone to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the founders on high-priority business problems.

This is a generalist role for someone who is analytical, structured, highly driven and comfortable moving across functions such as growth, operations, category, strategy, new initiatives and business performance.

You will work on problems that matter to the business, take ownership from analysis to execution, and help drive outcomes across teams.

The candidate should have worked in a similar role in a comparable startup and should enjoy hands on execution and cross functional work.

:

· Work directly with the founders on strategic and high-priority initiatives.

· Solve cross-functional business problems across growth, category, operations, marketing and new initiatives.

· Analyse business performance, identify gaps and recommend transparent actions.

· Build business cases, models, trackers and decision frameworks.

· Drive projects end-to-end with clear timelines, owners and outcomes.





· Work closely with functional leaders to ensure execution of key priorities.

· Support annual and quarterly planning, reviews and OKRs.

· Identify new growth opportunities, categories, channels and efficiency initiatives.

· Conduct market, customer and competitor research where required.

· Take ownership of special projects that may not sit within an existing function.

Qualifications:

· 2–4 years of work experience in consulting, startups, D2C, ecommerce, consumer businesses or similar roles.

· MBA / PGDM from a strong institution is preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

· Comfortable working with data, financial metrics and business models.

· Ability to structure ambiguous problems and move quickly to execution.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· High ownership and ability to work independently.

· Comfortable working across multiple functions and priorities.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
