Job Responsibilities (List in order of importance)
Identify and finalize current store locations aligned with expansion strategy
End-to-end execution of new store openings
Lead rental negotiations for both recent and existing stores
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and brokers
Ensure co mercial viability and cost optimization in all deals.
Maintain pipeline of potential locations for future expansion

HIRING COMPETENCIES
MINIMUM GRADUATE
Solid negotiation and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Analytical thinking and decision-making ability.
Prior experience in retail/business development preferred
