Thinkster is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Bavdhan, Pune. This isn't the kind of internship where you sit quietly in a corner and only update spreadsheets. Your Role

HR Intern Experience: 0-6 Months

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Work Mode: In office Full-time

Industry: Digital Marketing Agency

Responsibilities

Fair question. HR is a lot more than sending interview invites and maintaining Excel sheets. You'll get to see how people join a company, how teams grow and how a workplace comes together.

- Search for and shortlist potential candidates
- Help post jobs where the right people will actually see them
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates in the loop
- Maintain recruitment trackers without letting the chaos win
- Learn how a hiring process works from start to finish
- Help new team members feel welcome from Day One
- Support onboarding and HR documentation
- Assist with employee engagement and team activities
- Learn the basics of attendance and HR operations
- Get a behind-the-scenes look at how workplace culture is built
