We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter / Resource Manager with robust expertise in US staffing and bench sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing consultants on the bench, marketing resources to vendors and clients, and generating interview opportunities and placements.
Key Requirements
- 4–10 years of experience in Bench Sales / Resource Management .
- Mandatory hands-on experience with H1 Transfers .
- Strong experience handling H1B, OPT, GC, and US Citizen consultants.
- Good understanding of US Tax Terms and Visa Statuses .
- Proven experience developing relationships with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients .
- Strong negotiation,
communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing and consulting market.
- Ability to document processes and stay updated with industry trends.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong vendor and client management capabilities.
- Proven track record in consultant marketing and placements.
- H1 Transfer experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with an Immediate to 15 Days Notice Period are preferred.
- Candidates comfortable working from the office and in the US shift are preferred.
