BDM-Techno Commercial Cosmetic Ingredients (Maharashtra)

Role Description:-

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation within B2B or chemical/cosmetic ingredients markets.
- Technical understanding of cosmetic and personal care ingredients, with the ability to interpret formulation needs and communicate with R&D; and technical teams.




- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining both commercial and technical value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills, including pipeline management, market research, and sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetics Technology, Pharmaceuticals, or a related scientific or business discipline.
- Prior experience in cosmetic ingredients, specialty chemicals, or personal care raw materials is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ambala and travel frequently within the West Region for client meetings and market visits.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software for documentation, forecasting, and communication.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented professional with a cooperative mindset and a focus on ethical, customer-centric selling.
