Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and patient-focused Consultant Doctor – Aesthetics to join our aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be responsible for conducting client consultations, assessing aesthetic concerns, recommending suitable treatment plans, explaining procedures, and ensuring a high standard of client care.

BDS qualification is mandatory. Fresh BDS graduates must have completed a Diploma/Fellowship in Aesthetics. Candidates without an aesthetics qualification should have prior professional experience in the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct detailed consultations and understand clients' aesthetic concerns and expectations.

· Assess clients and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments based on their requirements and clinical suitability.

· Explain treatment procedures, benefits, limitations, possible risks, and expected outcomes in a professional manner.

· Develop appropriate treatment plans in accordance with clinic protocols and professional scope of practice.

· Perform or supervise aesthetic procedures that are within the doctor's qualifications, training, and applicable regulations.

· Review client progress and provide appropriate follow-up and post-treatment guidance.

· Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.

· Ensure proper documentation of consultations, treatment plans, procedures, and follow-ups.

· Work closely with nurses, therapists, front-office executives, and branch management.

· Ensure appropriate clinical safety, hygiene, and infection-control practices.

· Identify and appropriately manage or escalate complications or adverse reactions.

· Build strong professional relationships with clients and provide a positive consultation experience.





· Educate clients regarding realistic treatment expectations and appropriate aftercare.

· Stay updated with developments, technologies, and best practices in aesthetic medicine within the doctor's skilled scope.

· Follow all applicable laws, professional standards, clinic SOPs, and ethical guidelines.

Mandatory Qualification & EligibilityEducational Qualification

· BDS / MBBS/ MD DVL/MBBS with DDVL.

· Valid registration with the applicable dental council/authority, as required.

For Freshers

Fresh BDS candidates must have either:

· A recognized Diploma in Aesthetics, or

· A relevant Fellowship in Aesthetics / Aesthetic Medicine, or equivalent recognized aesthetic training.

For Experienced Candidates

Candidates without a Diploma/Fellowship may be considered only if they have relevant previous professional experience in the aesthetics industry, subject to verification of their qualifications, training, experience, and scope of practice.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:

· Aesthetic clinics

· Cosmetic procedures

· Skin and facial aesthetics

· Hair and scalp treatments

· Laser-based aesthetic services

· Cosmetology

· Dermatology clinics

· Non-surgical aesthetic treatments

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
