## About the Role

AB Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ABIS) is looking for 3 dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Managers to join our growing team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with colleges and educational institutions, and driving student internship and training enrollments for ABIS.

## Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for internship and training programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, placement cells, TPOs, HODs and faculty members.
- Generate leads through calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, email and other business-development channels.
- Coordinate with colleges for campus drives, internship programs, seminars, workshops and student engagement activities.
- Present ABIS internship/training programs to college representatives and students.
- Convert institutional leads into confirmed internship/training engagements.
- Achieve monthly business-development and institutional engagement targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients and institutional partners.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports of calls, meetings, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the HR, training and technical teams for successful execution of internship programs.




- Build long-term relationships with institutional clients and generate repeat business.
- Research market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.

## Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: HSC / 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development
- Candidates with experience in education sales, EdTech, IT training, internships, recruitment or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Age: 18–35 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with calling, meetings and client follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

## Compensation

₹12,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Salary will be decided based on experience, communication skills, business-development capability and interview performance.

Performance incentives may be applicable based on the company's incentive structure.
