Role Description The BDE Intern (Business Development Intern) will support the growth of Luminark Studio LLP by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and assisting in closing business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, maintaining lead databases, coordinating outreach via email, calls, and social media, and scheduling meetings or presentations for senior team members.





The intern will collaborate with the creative and technology teams to understand service offerings, prepare basic proposals, and contribute to pitch materials and presentations. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on project needs and team schedules.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in business development, sales, and client relationship management, preferably within creative, marketing, or tech services.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, Meta ads, branding) and willingness to learn industry-specific practices.
- Good communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, with the ability to present ideas and interact professionally with clients.
- Comfort with research, data gathering, and maintaining organized records in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback in a quick-moving, creative, and technology-driven setting.
