We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT business development or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online platforms.

- Identify and connect with potential international clients.

- Maintain lead databases and follow up with prospects.

- Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements and proposals.

- Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in BDE / Lead Generation, preferably in IT services.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Experience with Apollo, Snov.io, Lusha, Hunter, Sales Navigator, or CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹224,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
