Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities for WTP, STP, ETP, RO and wastewater treatment projects. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client visits, enquiry development and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and business opportunities through various channels.
- Identify potential industries, factories, institutions and commercial clients.
- Make cold calls, email campaigns and regular client follow-ups.
- Visit clients and understand their water and wastewater treatment requirements.
- Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, industries and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the Proposal, Design and Technical teams for preparing quotations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals until closure.
- Maintain regular records of leads,
meetings, enquiries and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Conduct market research and identify current project opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and technical discussions when required.
- Support the team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of WTP, STP, ETP, RO and wastewater treatment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Environmental Engineering, EPC, Industrial Sales or Technical Sales will be preferred.
