Position Overview

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Telecalling) to generate leads, engage potential customers, and support business growth through outbound and inbound calling activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, solid persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries received through various marketing channels.
- Explain company products and services effectively to potential customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases in CRM/ERP systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and business closure.
- Prepare call reports, lead status reports, and business development updates.
