Key Responsibilities
- Generate fresh leads through online and offline channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding Salesforce training programs.
- Explain course curriculum, certification benefits, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Build relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and referral partners to generate student leads.
- Maintain lead data and update the CRM on a regular basis.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the training and placement teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Participate in educational seminars, career fairs, webinars, and promotional events.
