Job Summary

Prettify Creative is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a fresher who has good communication skills and wants to build a career in Business Development, Sales Client Management.

Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Generate new business leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant Digital Marketing, Branding Creative Services.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain and update the lead database.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Assist in achieving monthly business development and lead-generation targets.
- Follow up with prospects and support the conversion process.





Required Skills

- Valuable English communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication.
- Basic understanding of Sales, Marketing Social Media.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Quick learner with a positive and proactive approach.
