We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their educational needs, counselling them about suitable courses, and converting interested leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.

- Understand students' educational and career requirements.

- Explain course details, program benefits, fees, and learning opportunities.

- Counsel and guide students in selecting suitable courses and programs.

- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.

- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.

- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Education Sales, EdTech, Academic Counselling, Telecalling, or B2C Sales preferred.

- Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Comfortable working with targets and in a performance-driven environment.

- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
