About the Role***

JSRRB Technologies is offering a 3 months Business Development Internship , designed to give motivated individuals hands on, practical training in business development, completely free of cost. This is a structured learning and skill development program, not a paid position.

No stipend, salary, or compensation is provided at any stage of the internship.

At the end of the 3 months period, each intern’s overall performance will be evaluated. Candidates found suitable, based on merit and performance, may be offered a full time position as a "Business Development Manager" .

Please note that this is not guaranteed, only candidates who demonstrate strong performance and suitable fit will only be considered, and if no candidate meets the bar, no offer will be extended for that batch.

Role Description

As a Business Development Intern, you will receive practical training and be involved in tasks such as:

*• Researching and identifying potential clients and new business opportunities

- Supporting outreach efforts via email, calls, and professional networking platforms (e.g.,LinkedIn)
- Assisting the Business Development team with lead generation and pipeline building
- Learning the fundamentals of client communication, proposal support, and relationship management
- Participating in training sessions and applying learnings to real business scenarios*





This internship is intended to build your practical understanding of business development from the ground up, under the guidance of experienced professionals, at no cost to you.

Work Mode

*• Interns may choose to work onsite at our Mohali headquarters office or remotely, based on personal preference.

- On site interns are required to bring their personal laptop to the office on all working days.
- R e mote interns are expected to maintain a high level of discipline, availability and responsiveness throughout working hours, equivalent to onsite expectations.

Requirements & Eligibility

*1. Must own a personal laptop, to be used for all training and practical work (carried to office daily if working onsite).

1. Must not be engaged in any other job, internship, or work commitment during this period.
2. Must be able to independently manage commuting/travel costs; the company does not provide travel allowance or relocation support.
3. Must be able to independently manage meals during working hours; the company does not provide food or related facilities.
4. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, in line with international business communication standards.
5. Must apply and accept the internship terms voluntarily and independently,



participation is entirely at the candidate’s own discretion.
6. Only candidates who are genuinely interested and fully available for the complete 3 months duration should apply.*

Key Terms & Conditions *• This is an unpaid internship; no salary, stipend, or monetary compensation will be provided at any point.

- Business development training is provided free of charge, the company does not levy any training fee.

• A full time job offer is not guaranteed. Only candidates assessed as suitable, based on performance during the internship, will be considered for the Busi ness Development Manager *>role.

- Interns cannot claim or demand a stipend, salary, or full time placement as an entitlement of completing the internship.

• JSRR B Technologies res *erves the right to discontinue any intern’s participation at any time, without prior notice, in the event of unsatisfactory performance or conduct that could adversely affect the company’s business or reputation.

- All costs related to travel, commute, relocation, and meals are to be borne solely by the intern.*
