Job Summary

Tushar Elegant Hotel, Kavi Nagar, is looking for an energetic and skilled Barista & Mocktail Maker with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, mocktails, shakes, and other beverages while ensuring excellent presentation, hygiene, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.
- Prepare mocktails, coolers, shakes, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage counter, equipment, and work area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Check and maintain beverage ingredients and inventory.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests.




- Suggest beverages to guests when required and address basic guest requests professionally.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance as per hotel standards.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Barista, Mocktail Maker, Beverage Associate, or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and mocktail making.
- Knowledge of beverage garnishing and presentation.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Good grooming, punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
