We are looking for an experienced and responsible Base Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, kitchen teams, orders and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee menu planning and management
- Coordinate and monitor dispatch operations
- Manage daily kitchen orders and workflow
- Supervise and guide the kitchen team
- Ensure timely execution of kitchen operations
- Maintain smooth coordination across kitchen and operations teams
- Monitor day-to-day activities and resolve operational issues

- Experienced in kitchen or food-service operations
- Strong in team management and coordination
- Good at handling clients and operational requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-field setting
- Responsible, organised and proactive
- Able to take ownership of daily kitchen operations
