Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and skilled Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve beverages, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Bartender should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Verify customer age and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and seating areas.
- Restock bar inventory, garnishes, ice, and supplies as needed.
- Process customer orders and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Recommend drinks and menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor customer behavior and address issues responsibly and professionally.
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff,



and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in food & beverage service is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink recipes, and bar equipment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late shifts.

Preferred Skills

- Certification in bartending or responsible alcohol service.
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and mixology techniques.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry bar supplies and beverage cases.
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment.
