A Bar Server will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to guests, taking drink orders, serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the bar team in delivering a smooth guest experience.

- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.

- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently.

- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guest requirements.

- Prepare and serve basic drinks, mixers, soft drinks, and garnishes.

- Assist bartenders with bar preparation and service.

- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, glassware, and service areas.

- Collect and transparent used glasses, bottles, and other items.

- Restock beverages, ice, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.

- Check stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.





- Operate the till/POS system and process payments accurately when required.

- Follow responsible alcohol service procedures and company policies.

- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

- Support the wider restaurant/bar team during busy periods.

- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,081.84 per month
