Vegorama Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Operations Executive to manage daily purchase orders, inventory movement, vendor coordination, and supply chain operations across our kitchen units in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate, issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) based on stock requirements and operational indents.
- Monitor daily inventory levels and track inward/outward movement of supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ledger records in ERP/inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding dispatches, deliveries, quality issues and order discrepancies.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and verify delivery challans against physical stock.
- Identify and report shortages, damages or discrepancies in deliveries.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports covering stock, purchases, consumption, wastage and reorder levels.
- Coordinate with cloud kitchen outlets to ensure timely availability of required materials.

Candidate Profile:





- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
- B.Com / BBA / B.Sc candidates preferred.
- 02 years of experience in purchase, inventory, warehouse or back-office operations.
- Freshers with strong analytical and numerical skills are welcome.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
- Positive communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve operational issues promptly.
