About the role

This is a paid, full time engineering internship based in Chennai for one month. You will work on real systems at Winsen Labs: building product, testing AI behaviour, improving internal tools, and solving the engineering problems that appear when AI moves beyond a demo.

The month is short, so this is a hands-on role from the first day. You will work closely with the team, take ownership of a defined problem, and leave with something real that you built and can explain.

Prerequisite: you are AI native. You use coding agents as part of how you build, while still understanding and checking the code they produce.

What you will do

- Build and improve parts of our AI products and internal systems
- Turn a loosely defined problem into working software
- Test your work against real inputs, edge cases,



and failure modes
- Write clear code and document the decisions behind it
- Present what you built and what you learned at the end of the month

What we look for

- Strong programming fundamentals and curiosity about how systems work
- Evidence that you build things outside the classroom
- Comfort learning quickly and asking precise questions
- Care for correctness, clarity, and the people who will use your work
- Availability to work full-time from Chennai for the full month

This is a paid internship; the stipend is included - INR 15,000 - INR 20,000
