Top Security Services is looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Back Office / Data Entry Executives. Freshers who are looking to start their career are welcome to apply.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, entering and updating data, preparing basic reports, coordinating with different departments, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain company data and records.
- Maintain digital and physical documents.
- Prepare and update Excel sheets and basic reports.
- Check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal departments when required.
- Maintain employee/client records and documentation.
- Handle routine back-office administrative tasks.
- Assist the team with day-to-day office operations.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass and above.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous back-office/data-entry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Salary & Training
Training Period: 15 days
Training Duration: 2 hours per day
Training Amount: ₹10,000
After successful completion of training, the salary range will be:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary and role may depend on the candidate's skills, performance, and applicable company terms.
