- Modern Trade to lead and drive Pan-India Beauty Advisor operations.

Key Responsibilities
•
- Lead and manage the Pan-India BA &
- Supervisor team
•
- Drive BA productivity, sales, target achievement & store coverage
•
- Manage BA deployment, attendance, discipline and performance
•
- Monitor store-wise sales, stock, visibility & execution
•
- Drive promotions, launches and retail initiatives
•
- Analyse MIS &
- Advanced Excel reports and implement corrective actions
•
- Coordinate with Contemporary Trade teams, distributors and internal stakeholders
•
- Ensure consistent execution and operational excellence across regions
What We’re Looking For
•
- Strong experience in Modern Trade BA operations
•
- Proven experience in BA &
- Supervisor team handling
•
- Strong command of Advanced Excel, MIS & data analysis
•
- Excellent communication, coordination and execution skills
•
- Willingness to travel across India as required

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
