Role: Business Development Executive – Field Sales

We are looking for a competitive, trustworthy, and results-driven Business Development Executive who can identify new sales prospects, negotiate deals, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through field sales.

Experience & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C Sales

Experience in E-commerce or Logistics industry preferred

Proficiency in English and local language

Proficiency in MS Office

Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

Self-motivated and results-driven

Strong convincing and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

Generate current sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.

Schedule meetings with potential clients, conduct field visits, and understand their requirements.





Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.

Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.

Negotiate and close deals.

Handle customer complaints and objections.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Gather customer/prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams.
