About the Role

JSV Enterprises is looking for an energetic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive sales of our range of APL Apollo angles and channels .

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with dealers, distributors, fabricators, contractors and industrial customers, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into regular customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads and identify potential customers in assigned markets.
- Approach steel dealers, distributors, fabricators, contractors, builders and industrial buyers .
- Promote and sell our range of angles and channels.
- Make regular calls and market visits to prospective customers.
- Develop recent dealers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide quotations accordingly.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Follow up consistently on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch.




- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, orders and customer interactions.
- Collect market information regarding pricing, competitors and customer demand.
- Work towards monthly sales and new-customer acquisition targets.
- Focus on building long-term relationships and generating repeat business.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in B2B sales , preferably steel, pipes, structural steel, construction materials, hardware or building materials.
- Understands dealer/distributor and contractor-based sales.
- Is comfortable with cold calling and field sales .
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Can independently generate leads instead of depending only on company-provided enquiries.
- Is target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly sales goals.
- Has basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp/email for quotations and customer follow-ups.
- Has a two-wheeler and is willing to travel locally, if required.

Experience in selling steel angles, channels, pipes, tubes or structural products would be a strong advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: Based on experience

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on achievement of sales targets
