Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in Software / IT / SaaS / Technology sales .

The candidate should have a proven ability to generate and qualify leads, engage decision-makers, develop opportunities and drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure .

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop recent B2B business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals and digital channels.

· Research target companies, industries and decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline.

· Engage CXOs, Business Heads, IT Heads and other key decision-makers .

· Understand customer business challenges and position appropriate Software / IT / SaaS solutions .

· Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations and solution discussions.

· Own the complete sales cycle: Lead → Qualification → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure .

· Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations in coordination with internal teams.





· Maintain consistent follow-ups and accurately manage opportunities in CRM.

· Coordinate with technical/product teams to address customer requirements.

· Build strong customer relationships and identify upselling, cross-selling and repeat-business opportunities .

· Maintain accurate sales forecasts and regularly report pipeline and performance.

· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets .

Mandatory Skills & Experience

· 2+ years experience in selling Software, IT Services, SaaS, Technology Products or Digital Solutions .

· Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle .

· Experience in prospecting and engaging business decision-makers.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills.

· Ability to understand customer requirements and articulate a clear value proposition .

· Strong follow-up, relationship management and closing skills.

· Target-oriented with experience working against measurable sales KPIs .
