Bharat2B is looking for a smart, confident, and detail-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to handle customer inquiries, understand product requirements, share quotations, and coordinate order placement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to customers, understanding their business needs, explaining products clearly, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

Bharat2B is a growing B2B brand helping businesses source customized products and packaging solutions with low MOQs, quick quotations, and reliable order fulfillment.

We work with businesses across categories like custom BOPP tapes, corrugated boxes, packaging products, and other B2B essentials. Our goal is to make business sourcing faster, simpler, and more transparent for small and growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer queries from start to order confirmation.

Your responsibilities will include

- Handling new customer inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, website leads, and other channels.
- Understanding customer requirements such as product type, size, quantity, material, printing, design, delivery location, and timeline.
- Suggesting the right product options based on the customer’s needs.
- Preparing and sharing accurate quotations using internal pricing systems and guidelines.
- Following up with customers and helping them make the right purchase decision.
- Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for pricing, production feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Collecting all required order details and placing confirmed orders correctly.
- Maintaining proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups,



and confirmed orders.
- Ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from first inquiry to order placement.
- Learning about new products added by Bharat2B and explaining them confidently to customers.

Who We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who has:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic understanding of sales, customer handling, or order coordination.
- Ability to understand product details and explain them clearly.
- Good attention to detail while collecting requirements and preparing quotes.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp Web, and email.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries at the same time.
- A strong follow-up mindset to convert leads into orders.

Good to Have
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, customer support, or order management.
- Knowledge of packaging, printing, manufacturing, or customized products.
- Experience with products like corrugated boxes, BOPP tapes, labels, tags, mono cartons, or custom packaging.
- Basic CRM or lead management experience.
