nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced IT Services Sales skilled with solid experience in IT Services/ERP sales, outbound prospecting, lead generation, B2B sales, and pipeline building.
nThe candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects using the BANT framework, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building relationships with mid-to-large enterprise accounts across international markets.
nKey Responsibilities

Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound channels.n
Identify target accounts, decision-makers, and business prospects across international markets.n
Qualify prospects using BANT – Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.n
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.n
Conduct discovery calls and understand client business and technology requirements.n
Sell IT Services, ERP, SaaS, Digital Transformation, AI, Automation,



and related technology solutions.n
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → discovery → presentation/demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.n
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business leaders, IT decision-makers, and other stakeholders.n
Manage and grow mid-to-large enterprise accounts.n
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.n
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, delivery, and marketing teams to develop solutions and proposals.n
Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM.n
Track pipeline, conversion, revenue, and sales performance against assigned targets.n
Leverage AI-based sales and productivity tools for prospect research, outreach, personalization, and productivity.n
