Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end BPO transition management experience.
Must have Experience in handling due diligence, solutioning, process mapping, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, capacity planning, SLA setup, and governance.
Internal and external solid stakeholder engagement along with ability to manage multiple transitions in parallel.
Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting is essential.
