nKey Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Montessori lessons aligned with the Montessori methodology.n
Prepare and maintain a stimulating, safe, and organized classroom workplace.n
Observe, assess, and document each child's learning progress and developmental milestones.n
Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.n
Encourage independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.n
Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and well-being.n
Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to ensure high-quality learning experiences.n
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development programs.n

nRequirements:
n
n
IMTC certification or Montessori Teacher Training certification is mandatory.n
Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant discipline.n
Prior experience as a Montessori Educator is preferred.n
Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development.n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
Passion for early childhood education and creating an engaging learning workplace.n
