nAbout the Role

nWe are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying, appointing, and activating Authorized Persons (APs) to expand our distribution network. This role will play a key part in driving regional growth and strengthening Jainam’s market presence. You will collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of APs while achieving acquisition targets.

nResponsibilities:

Identify and appoint new Authorized Persons (APs)n
Complete onboarding formalities and documentation as per compliance normsn
Achieve monthly and quarterly AP acquisition targetsn




Ensure newly appointed APs are activated within defined timelinesn
Support APs in initial client acquisition and account openingn

nQualifications:
n

n
4+ years of experience in sales/business development within BFSI/Capital Marketsn

n

nRequired Skills:
n

n
n
Strong understanding of broking distribution model and AP structuren
Proven track record in channel acquisitionn
Target-driven with robust negotiation and networking skillsn
Ability to work independently and drive regional expansionn

nPreferred Skills:

Experience in stock broking or financial services industryn
Strong local market knowledgen
Good stakeholder management skillsn
Ability to build long-term business relationshipsn
