Mainframe programming knowledge.
Hands on experience in JCL, COBOL, DB2 and Rexx.
Solid hands-on administration experience in Mainframe Endevor.
Endevor Processor groups configuration and maintenance
Experience in Control M scheduling
Understanding of Software Configuration Management processes across Mainframe and Distributed systems
Ability to navigate across Fidelity technology organizations and at various levels within the organization
A blend of process and technology skills; ability to understand end to end processes and translate requirements to enable standardization and automation
Understanding of ITSM functions including Incident, Change & Problem Management
Ability to plan out work, accurately communicate status and meet agreed upon schedules
Ability to balance details with an understanding of the big picture
Capability of understanding complex processes




Ability to understand and integrate data across multiple tools and functions
Solid communication, both verbal and written; ability to implement education and training across a broad technology population
