Support design review, selection and technical evaluation of moulds, dies and related tooling.
Analyse tooling wear, failures and product defects and recommend corrective improvements.
Coordinate with Production, NPI, Quality and Maintenance on tooling-related process issues.
Maintain mould and tooling records including identification, life history, maintenance and repair status.
Support trials, validation and continuous improvement of current and existing moulds and tooling.
Review drawings and technical specifications to confirm tooling requirements.
Coordinate with external tooling suppliers and repair vendors when required.
Support spare tooling planning to reduce production interruptions.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
