We are looking for an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with experience in cold calling and business development. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential business clients, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients.

- Generate and qualify new business leads.

- Identify decision-makers and understand their business requirements.

- Explain company products and services professionally.

- Schedule meetings and follow up with interested prospects.

- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Update lead information and sales activities in the CRM or reporting system.





- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.

Requirements

- 6 months to 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Telecalling, Cold Calling, or Business Development.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Experience in lead generation and client follow-ups.

- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.

- Goal-oriented and confident personality.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
