About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Lead Generation Specialist /

Data Miner to supercharge our business development efforts. In this role, you will be the engine of our outbound strategy, responsible for deeply researching target companies,

identifying key decision-makers, and building high-quality pipelines.

The ideal candidate is a digital native who leverages contemporary AI workflows and specialized prospecting tools to extract actionable data, coupled with a solid understanding of the financial and corporate landscape to ensure our outreach is highly targeted and relevant.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Research : Conduct exhaustive research on prospective companies. Analyze

organizational charts, financial health indicators, recent funding, and corporate trigger events to identify ideal client profiles.
- AI-Driven Prospecting: Utilize Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT or specialized AI scraping

tools) to automate data extraction, summarize company reports, and enrich raw lead lists efficiently.
- Tool Utilization: Master and manage our lead generation stack (e.g., LinkedIn Sales

Navigator) to locate verified contact information for CXO level leads, Finance Heads, and Risk Managers.
- Data Mining & Management: Scrape, clean, and organize large datasets. Ensure CRM

(Customer Relationship Management) hygiene by continuously updating and verifying prospect data.
- Financial Intelligence:



Read and interpret corporate financial terminologies.

Understand the intersection of banking, finance, insurance & risk management to identify companies that are prime candidates for corporate insurance solutions. Pipeline Strategy: Work closely with the core sales team to refine target demographics,

adjust search parameters based on conversion rates, and build segmented lists for tailored outreach campaigns.

Encouraged Qualifications

- Financial Background: Demonstrated literacy in financial terminology. Prior

experience working in or researching for the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sectors is highly preferred.
- English & Computer Proficiency: Exceptional english & computer proficiency to sift

through massive amounts of information to extract precise, actionable leads.
- Technical Fluency: Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data

cleaning) and familiarity with CRM platforms. Ideal Profile: You are naturally curious, a sleuth on the internet, and someone who understands that a high-quality, well-researched lead is the foundation of successful business development.
