Role Description The Aviation Course Trainer @Avalon Aviation Academy will deliver classroom and practical training for aviation and airport-related courses in line with the academy’s curriculum and quality standards. This full-time role involves conducting lectures, facilitating interactive sessions, and assessing learner performance through assignments, tests, and projects.



The trainer will provide guidance and mentoring to learners, support them in developing professional skills, and help maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace.

This is an on-site role based in Mangaluru, requiring regular presence at the training center.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of aviation operations, airport management, or airline customer service, with practical industry exposure preferred.
- Experience in classroom training, teaching, or academic instruction, including lesson planning, delivery, and learner assessment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
- Ability to mentor and motivate learners, manage classroom dynamics, and uphold professional conduct and discipline.
- Comfort working in an on-site academic environment in Mangaluru, with readiness to follow institutional policies and schedules.
