McDaddy’s Garage is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and understand vehicle service requirements
- Prepare job cards and service estimates
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team
- Explain repairs, service work and estimates to customers
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle billing and service-related coordination
Requirements:
- Experience in automobile service/workshop preferred
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of cars and automobile services
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
