- Automation Engineer – DDC / BACnet / PLC Department: Engineering / Projects / Automation B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics &
- Communication, Instrumentation &
- Control, Automation, Mechatronics or related field. 5 years’ experience Core Technical Skills: PLC Programming, BMS/HVAC Automation, HMI/SCADA, BACnet &
- Modbus Communication, VFD, Sensors &
- Instrumentation, Control Panel, Electrical Drawings, PID Control, Commissioning, Troubleshooting &
- System Integration.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop BMS/DDC control philosophy for HVAC and air-cooling systems.

- Prepare I/O lists, control panel requirements and control wiring/interface requirements.
- Program and configure DDC controllers and PLC systems.
- Integrate PLC/DDC systems with BMS using BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP and Modbus TCP/RTU.
- Interface and control VFDs, dampers, 2-way valves, pumps, fans and other field devices.
- Develop sequences for Auto/Manual operation, temperature control, humidity control, VFD speed control, valve modulation and equipment interlocks.




- Configure alarms including VFD trip, high/low pressure, filter differential pressure, water level and equipment fault alarms.
- Read and understand GA drawings, electrical drawings, control wiring diagrams and P&IDs.;
- Perform site installation support, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose communication and integration issues between PLC, DDC, VFD and BMS.
- Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, commissioning and project teams.
- Prepare commissioning reports, I/O checklists, test reports and as-built documentation. HVAC Automation Knowledge· .
