Role & responsibilities

About the Role The Site Maintenance Head will lead, manage, and optimize all maintenance operations at our facility. The primary focus is to maximize Machine uptime, implement predictive maintenance, manage technical budgets, and ensure 100% compliance with environmental, health, and safety protocols

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining Conveyors, Spirals , Sorters , Bots , ASRS , MHEs & WCS/WMS
- End to End Automation Maintenance ( Predictive , Preventive & Reactive )
- Daily Management ( Shift & PM schedule, Daily/weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly Check )
- Ops & Team Management ( Handle 10 - 25 Technician, Stakeholder Management , Problem Solving & RCA Closure )
- Spare & Vendor Management ( VED Analysis , Forecasting , Inventory Control , CMMS & 5S )
- CMMS ( Asset , Workorder, PM Schedule , Inventory & KPI’s )
- AOP- Site Budget Planning & Optimize ( Forecast , 3R , Source Change )




- Ensure 100 % Compliance on Man Machine safety

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
- Hands on Experience in Maintaining Sorters/CBS, Bots, ASRS & Conveyors
- Skilled in Maintaining Electrical , Mechanical, Control Panel , VFD, HMI, PLC & WCS/WMS Troubleshooting
- Ownership Mindset ( Responsibility , Problem solving & Quality )
- Preferred Versatile in working Hours & Travel ( 24/7 Remote support on need basics )
- Excellent Communication Skills ( Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders)
- Google Sheets/Docs/PPT ( Advanced proficiency in utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs for data analysis, presentations, and documentation )
