Role & responsibilities

Automate business processes to improve functional efficiency and save man-hours, resulting in cost savings

Analysis & Design: Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, map out new workflows, and design efficient solutions.

Development & Implementation: Build and deploy automation using RPA, scripting (Python, SAP scripting , VBA)

Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, perform testing (UAT), and ensure solutions are reliable and meet specifications.

Documentation & Training: Create clear technical documentation, present findings, and train users on new automated features.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business teams (IT, finance, sales) to gather requirements and manage expectations.

Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support for automated systems.

Education

- Technical Graduate

Experience

- 2 Years

Certification/Licensure/Qualified Membership Certified developer in Python, VBA, SQL

Experienced resource in Python, SAP scripting, and VBA
