Role Description This is a full time, on-site Automation Engineer role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

The Automation

Engineer will design, develop, and implement automation solutions for vacuum systems and associated industrial equipment, including control panels, PLC/SCADA logic, and instrumentation configurations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting automation and electrical issues, optimizing process control parameters, and ensuring reliable operation of filtration and vacuum systems. The role involves collaborating with design, production, and quality teams to integrate automation into new and existing products, supporting factory acceptance tests, and preparing technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.

The Automation

Engineer will also participate in commissioning at client sites, provide training and technical support, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Automation and Process Control, including PLC/SCADA programming, HMI configuration,



and industrial instrumentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering skills, including understanding of power circuits, control wiring, and electrical safety standards.
- Candidates should possess proven Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing control system faults, sensor issues, and equipment failures.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Robotics or motion control systems where applicable to automated equipment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- Experience with industrial control hardware (PLCs, VFDs, relays), and familiarity with standards commonly used in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and create electrical and P&ID; drawings, prepare technical documentation, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in Mitsubishi, Siemens and Delta make PLC and HMIs
