Responsibility:
Responsible for mechanical maintenance and reliability of the Plate Mill.
Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability and protected operation.
Manage maintenance of key equipment including rolling mill, drives, hydraulics, lubrication and auxiliary systems.
Drive RCA, defect elimination and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead the maintenance team and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are achieved.
