About Position:

nThe Cybersecurity PMO Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the planning, tracking, governance, reporting, financial management, and operational support for cybersecurity programs and projects. This position collaborates closely with Security Architects, SOC teams, Delivery Managers, Customers, and Leadership to ensure that cybersecurity initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

nWhat You'll Do:

Program Governance & PMOn
Maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID logs, and governance dashboards.n
Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.n
Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reviews.n
Ensure compliance with internal PMO and cybersecurity processes. Reporting & Analyticsn
Prepare executive dashboards and management reports.n
Track KPIs, SLAs, utilization,



project health, and delivery metrics.n
Create presentations and status reports for leadership reviews. Publish Monthly Businessn
Review (MBR) and Quarterly Businessn
Review (QBR) reports. Financial Managementn
Track project budgets, forecasts, revenue, margin, and resource utilization.n
Monitor invoicing milestones and effort consumption.n
Coordinate with finance teams for revenue forecasting and billing governance.n
Support profitability and cost optimization initiatives. Stakeholder Managementn
Coordinate with Security Practice leaders, PMs, Delivery Managers, Architects, and customers. Arrange governance meetings and document MoMs and action items.n
Escalate project risks and delivery concerns.n
Support customer operational and steering committee meetings. Resource & Demand Managementn
Track resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.n
