Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor overall day-to-day business operations.
Work closely with the MD to implement business strategies and decisions.
Coordinate between Sales, Production, Purchase, Accounts, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Monitor sales, production, inventory, collections, and operational performance.
Lead and manage teams to ensure productivity and timely execution.
Handle major customer, vendor, and operational issues.
Review MIS reports and provide regular updates to the MD.
Identify operational problems and implement suitable solutions.
Improve processes, reduce wastage, and control operational costs.
Take ownership of business execution and ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
6–10+ years of experience,
preferably in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing / Distribution.
Robust leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working closely with MD / CEO / Business Head is preferred.
Ideal Candidate: A robust business-oriented leader who can independently manage operations and act as the MD's key support person / second-in-command.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
