Absolut Pet is looking for an experienced and responsible Automatic Filler Machine Operator with 2–4 years of relevant experience in operating and managing automatic filling machines. The candidate should have good knowledge of machine operation, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, and production processes.
The selected candidate will be responsible for operating the automatic filler machine efficiently, maintaining production quality and quantity, handling machine-related issues, and supporting the production team during complicated situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the Automatic Filler Machine safely and efficiently.
- Set and adjust machine parameters according to the product and production requirements.
- Ensure accurate and consistent filling quantity during production.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities during operation.
- Handle basic machine troubleshooting and resolve operational issues.
- Assist the team in handling complicated machine or production situations.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to maintain smooth production.
- Perform regular machine checks before and during production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machine and surrounding work area.
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain production records, machine settings, and required data.
- Use basic computer systems for production data entry and reporting.
- Identify machine breakdowns and communicate major technical issues to the concerned team.
- Support preventive maintenance activities when required.
- Manage multiple production-related tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Ensure minimum production downtime and smooth machine operation.
- Train or guide junior operators when required.
- Follow all company rules, safety requirements, and workplace discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience operating automatic filling machines.
- Strong practical knowledge of Automatic Filler Machine operation and settings.
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle machine-related problems.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Ability to maintain production records and enter data using a computer.
- Good understanding of production and quality requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with automatic filling machines and should be capable of taking responsibility during production challenges. The candidate must be able to remain calm in complicated situations, identify problems quickly, and coordinate with the appropriate team to find solutions.
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM The candidate may occasionally be required to support production activities beyond regular working hours based on production requirements.
